At Intrahealth we are committed to investing in both product maintenance and support. As a general principle we apply approximately half of support and maintenance fees to each of support and product maintenance. This split ensures our products support the evolution of service delivery in your practice and product upgrades are available to you when released. Intrahealth’s support team has considerable experience and a wide portfolio and offering of skills.
